Lid worden

• Je kunt je alleen aanmelden via het online aanmeldformulier op onze website. Voor veel groepen is een wachtlijst; het kan dus even duren voor je iets hoort. Wel krijg je uiteraard een bevestiging van je aanmelding.
• Zodra er plek is, krijg je van ons een uitnodiging voor twee proeflessen.
• Na twee proeflessen word je automatisch lid van United Amstelveen, tenzij je zelf de inschrijving annuleert. Vanaf de eerste proefles ga je contributie betalen.
• Wil je na de twee proeflessen geen lid worden, laat ons dit dan binnen 1 week na de tweede proefles weten via info@united-amstelveen.nl.

Contributie

• De contributie wordt automatisch geïncasseerd. Op het inschrijfformulier verleent u toestemming voor deze automatische incasso.
• Recreatieleden betalen de contributie in 2 termijnen. De incasso is in de maand september en februari.
• Wedstrijdleden betalen contributie per termijn, een seizoen heeft 10 termijnen. In de maanden juli en augustus is er geen incasso.
• United Amstelveen behoudt zich het recht voor het lesrooster (inclusief tijden, trainers en locaties) te wijzigen zonder gevolgen voor het lidmaatschap en de contributie.

Betaling

• Bij inschrijving betaalt u eenmalig € 15,- inschrijfkosten.
• Recreatieleden betalen contributie per seizoen.
• Wedstrijdleden betalen contributie per maand.
• Het seizoen loopt van 1 augustus tot 1 juli.
• Het seizoen is in twee semesters verdeeld:
  1) 1 augustus – 31 januari en
  2) 1 februari – 31 juli.

• Als je lid wordt gedurende het seizoen, betaal je alleen voor de rest van het seizoen.

Indien automatische incasso van een factuur niet lukt, bedraagt de betalingstermijn 14 dagen na factuurdatum. Bij te late betaling geeft United Amstelveen de vordering uit handen en is gerechtigd om extra kosten voor incasso en eventuele gerechtelijke procedures in rekening te brengen.

Lidmaatschap beëindigen

• Zolang je je lidmaatschap niet opzegt, wordt het lidmaatschap elk seizoen automatisch verlengd.
• Je kunt op twee momenten gedurende het seizoen opzeggen:
• Zeg je vóór 1 januari op, dan eindigt het lidmaatschap per einde 1e semester (31 Januari)
• Zeg je ná 1 januari op, dan eindigt het lidmaatschap per einde 2e semester (31 Juli)
• Zeg je vóór 1 juni op, dan incasseren wij geen contributie voor het volgende seizoen.
• Het lidmaatschap beëindigen kan via de website OPZEGGEN of via e-mail naar info@united-amstelveen
• Telefonisch of via de trainer opzeggen is niet mogelijk.

Privacybeleid

Op het lidmaatschap is het privacybeleid van United Amstelveen van toepassing.

Registration

• Registration is only possible through the online registration form on our website. Be aware that we have a waiting list for most groups.
• As soon as we have an opening, we send you an invitation for two trial lessons.
• After two trial lessons, you will be registered as a member automatically, unless you cancel your registration. You start paying contribution as of the first trial lesson.
• If you do not want to enter into a membership after the two trial lessons, please let us know within one week after the second trial lesson by sending an email to info@united-amstelveen.nl.

Membership

• The membership fee will be collected automatically. On the registration form you grant permission for this automatic collection.
• Recreational members pay the contribution in 2 terms. The collection takes place in September and February.
• Competition members pay contribution per term, a season has 10 terms. In the months July and August there is no direct debit.
• United Amstelveen reserves the right to change the class schedule (including times, trainers and location) without consequences for the membership and the fee.

Payments 

• Upon your registration you pay a one-time registration fee of € 15,-.
• Recreation members pay their contribution per year (season).
• Competition members pay their contribution per month.
• A season runs from August 1st until July 31st .
• A season is divided into two semesters:
  1) August 1st – January 31st and
  2) February 1st – July 31st .
• If your membership starts at a random moment during the season, you only pay for the rest of the season.
• If automatic payment does not succeed, the payment term is 14 days after the date of invoice. In case payments are not received in time, United Amstelveen has the right to outsource the payment collection and to collect the additional costs for credit management and legal procedures.

Terminating your membership 

• As long as you do not terminate your membership, it will be prolongated automatically after every season.
• During the season, there are two dates before which you can terminate your membership
• If you terminate before January 1st, the membership will be ended at the end of the 1st semester (January 31)
• If you terminate after January 1st, the membership will be ended at the eind of the 2nd semester (July 31)
• If you terminate before June 1st, no contribution for the next season will be collected
• If you want to terminate your membership, please fill in the form on the website or send an e-mail to info@united-amstelveen.nl
• Terminating your membership is not possible by telephone or through the trainer.
